December 2019 Newsletter
The Annual Meeting of the HOA is set for Tuesday, December 3. This is required by our Declaration and By-Laws. You’ll want to make sure to attend this meeting.
The Board has planned a visual presentation on the accomplishments of 2019, along with what’s in store for 2020. And voting will be conducted at this meeting for three Board positions. Please submit your interest in running for the Board by submitting your name and a short bio to Will Stanley. We will also take nominations from the floor.
You should have received a packet in the mail with the agenda and budget for 2020. Be sure to fill out and submit the proxy form if you are unable to attend the meeting. This is important as we need representation from a majority (95 units) in order to officially validate the results of the election and other business conducted at the meeting. But we hope to see you at the meeting!

Atlanta Food Bank Can-A-Thon:
We are giving you a bit more time to contribute to our Annual Can-A-Thon, so we have rescheduled this for the Christmas Holidays. Sponsored by the Social Committee, Glenwood Green residents donated two full crates of food totaling 176 pounds last year. The spirit of giving is alive and well at GG!
Boxes are placed with one outside and one inside the clubhouse. Please donate non-perishable foods. See the list of most needed items and also the non-acceptable ones on the boxes and the poster. We’ll deliver to the Food Bank in time for Christmas. Share a bit of your holidays with our neighbors!
